London Layover Tours is run by a small editorial team who compare the bookable ways to spend a Heathrow connection in London. We are not a tour operator and we do not take bookings.
Getting in touch
Write to hello@londonlayovertours.com. We answer questions about which product suits a particular connection, what a listing includes, and how the timing works. Most messages get an answer within a day or two.
What we cannot help with
We cannot change, cancel or look up a booking. Every reservation is made with the tour operator through the booking platform, and only they can see it; the confirmation email you were sent carries their contact details and is the fastest route to a person. We also cannot advise on whether your particular nationality may enter the UK — that is a question for GOV.UK and, if you are unsure, for your airline.

Heathrow operates 24 hours a day; the runways are subject to a night flight quota. Individual terminals, lounges and left-luggage desks keep their own hours.
